Headlight bulbs?????????

I have a toyota yaris...i wanna get front headlight bulbs for my car but good ones...i wanna get blue colour ones....the ones you usually see fitted on range rovers...i want strong blue ones that you can see during the day aswell

what are these bulbs called and how much do they cost?
