Headphones help?

Is an invoice the same thing as a receipt? I am sending something for replacement. My sennheiser cx300-b headphones. I got a little white envelope thing. Can I just put them in there, put the invoice and where the company is? And the repair form? What do I put on there? Can I drop it in the mailbox?

They are very small and light weight. Is it free to get them replaced? What headphones should I use in the mean time?

Yea the Invoice is the Same this as the Receipt I know this b/c on ebay it says and invoice and or a receipt are the same thing

No, an invoice is not the same as a receipt.  An invoice is rendered to elicit payment.  A receipt is sent to confirm payment.

I do not fully understand what you are asking about the earphones, but my best guess is that, yes you can put the earphones into the envelope and send them back to the manufacturer with a copy of the receipt and the return merchandise authorization form it seems they sent you.  The rest of your questions are just not clear to me.  Sorry.
