Headphones sound leans to one side?

OK so my sound is unbalanced. Its never equally balanced on both sides its louder on one side. I change the blance in volume controls, it sounds better, but as soon as I change the volumes it gets messed up. As I turn up the volume the slowly starts to change side (so if the sound is louder in the left, as I turn on the volume it starts sounding louder in the right. )

Try another headset and findout if the headset has a problem or the player.
