Question:

Heal a wound/scab Fast?

i had this pimple unfortunatly and i popped it cuz it was really bugging me and now there is a wound sort of thing im not quite sure its just realy pink/red and i can see a bit of like flesh that is not even but its not deep almost even but not quite and im not quite sure what to do with it school start on tuest day or in other word 38 hours or so and i really need help to tone it down or make it less noticable its half the size of a penny i heard of neosipirn or however you spell but i live in thailand and not sure where to get it. so if there is any suggestions that would either make it go away or tone it down before school starts that would be great thank you

  1. Here are a few suggestions which should help:

    - Firstly apply some ice to the area for 10 - 20 minutes (no longer or you will damage your skin). This will make it go quite red to start with but in a few hours, the redness will fade and it will be much paler and less inflamed and look more like normal skin. You can repeat this twice a day for best results.

    - You could also try washing your skin in warm salty water twice a day as salt helps to heal the skin.

    - After you have washed your face apply lavender essential oil, or aloe vera gel (these are available from health food stores and chemists). These works really well and will also prevent scarring. Apply them every two hours or so.

    - Do not cover the wound with a plaster or bandage or anything really greasy like neosporin, these keep the wound wet and stop it healing quickly.

    Sadly, it probably wont be completely gone by tuesday but hopefully it should look a lot better. Try not to let it worry you too much as im sure you still look great. Good luck x
