Healing symbols for tattoo?

Question

could anyone provide me some with some symbols that mean healing? (for a female)......ive been very poorly for a while, and now going through a healing stage, so it will be a very personal tattoo..

You could use a symbol that is already known for healing or you could also use anything that is meaningful to you and you will know it represents healing to you. Ex: a tattoo that has whithered flowers and full bloom flowers.  There is nothing that says that something like that can not represent healing to you.  I mean you can google healing symbol and gets lots of images. But you can also think about your self and your life and sit and talk with a tattoo artist and they will be able to take your ideas and come up with something original.  The only reason I suggest this is because typically those healing symbols are not very pretty.  They are just that a symbol.  If  you have a beautiful flower or a bird flying, that is something that can mean healing to you and it will be beautiful and you will be proud to show. A phoenix is a representation of re-birth, and I think they look amazing/beautiful. Re-birth could symbolize the birth of a new life you've given yourself.
