Health, fitness, yoga?

i'm 18 years old, i've graduated, i've done my fair share of "bad" things, but i'm trying to change. i'm trying to get healthy, and stay fit, get purified. all that stuff. i've changed my outlook on life and i just need some extra help with some of the other stuff, if you can help, i'd truly appreciate it. :)

i want to do one of those body cleansing, purifying routines,

does anyone know of any?

whats a good fitness routine, i just want to stay in shape, and i'm willing to get a gym pass, or buy things for at home?

andd, does anyone know anything about yoga, my friend told me its supposed to be really good for you?

  1. Yes Yoga it's the way to go definitely. It's very good for you, you'll get in shape, tone your body, stay "young", be more energetic and active. and gain of course a flexible body!
