Things I should eat each day to be healthy?

  1. a balanced diet with green leafy vegetables, fruit, some protein (lentils as sprouts/soup, tofu, milk/yoghurt, eggs if you have them) and carbohydrates.


  2. My diet consists of mostly fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and grains and feel great. I've been eating vegan for a few years and I haven't been sick for a day since. I have tons of energy and I feel more alive than ever. So, in my opinion, vegan is the healthiest way to eat, but that's for you to consider.

  3. Just make sure you get variety. Listen to your body, really. I find that if I'm craving a certain thing, it's because I haven't had enough of it recently (among things like protein, grains, etc. . .this does not apply to sweets and treats).

  4. It totally depends on your idea as healthy. I would say eat the requird amount of stuff on the food pyrimid and just stay away from artifisal flavors and colors which is usually suger treat yourself to a treat one a week and you should be good! hope this helps :) Happy eating!!! ♥
