Well about a year or two ago I decided I wanted to go and try out for track. So I began doing pilates, yoga, weight training. So I did lots of squats and other things for the legs. Then I did some research and began running stairs and la gore miles and doing stuff after school and in my fit for life class(P.E). I stopped for a while. Then my knee started to pop when i did squats or if i ran too much. i never really rode my bike up until a few months ago. So it pops and lately i have just stopped all together with my running and stuff. if anything i do a bit of walking. But now when i walk or when i went to a water park the other day and the beach yesterday is when i got real concerned because my knee now hurts after too much running or something similar. it used to be that both of my knees would pop with leg workouts or too much running, but then my right leg stopped and only pops with squats while my left knee begins to hurt and pop like crazy with just climbing some stairs to get to a desired location. so can any docs diagnose this before i go to the wrong doc and waste time and money and find out its natural. THANKS A TON in advance!

  1. Orthopedic surgeons are knee injury specialists.  Some orthopedists represent themselves as practitioners of sports medicine.  Any orthopedic specialist in your area should be able to handle the problem with your knee.
