you find a casualty on the floor. there is no danger,or response and they are breathing. the airway is clear and they have signs of circulation.

what do you do?

cheating question 2

same casualty on the floor, no danger, no response, airway clear and the casualty is NOT breathing and no signs of circulation.

ive put do cpr twice on both situations, is this correct

  1. for 1st one

    try to get them to respond

    call an ambulance

    leave them where they are and wait with them until the ambulance gets there.

    Don't attempt to move them, they are not in danger but you could hurt them or you if you tried.

    2nd one

    call ambulance

    start cpr  


  2. no, you don't need to do cpr on both. one might need a resuscitation if it's not too late, the other just needs to be moved into a safe position unless there is a suspicion of internal injuries and broken bones. do that, if the second casualty is revived, move them into a safe position and call ambulance.

  3. no cpr if they are breathing

    u would put them in the recovery posistion but if they have had a fall they should be left still and talked too to keep them concious
