Health and vision insurance question

I have United Health Care health insurance and my vision insurance is through Spectera. All of this is through my employer and I also have dental insurance. I receieved a health insurance card from United Health Care, but never receieved a card from Spectera or the dental insurance. Do I just use my United Health Care card when I go to the eye doctor or dentist or was I supposed to get seperate cards for the different insurances? How can I go about getting the cards? Thanks!

  1. Call your HR department (or your insurance department if you work at a large company) and they will take care of it for you).

  2. I am not going to  say I am one hundred percent sure about the answer.Besides it really depends on the personal feelings.SO it would better for you to find yourself. Here is a good resource.http://health-insurance.expert-tip.info/...

  3. Call and ask.

  4. Contact your HR department at your job.  You will need some sort of identification from your other providers. You should be getting cards from them, but get in touch with your contact at your office.
