Health complications of gray eyes?

Question

I've been doing a experiment having to do with eye colour and personality/health problems.

All I've come up with so far is that the colour of the people with said eye colour changes with there surroundings which is kinda unsettling to me.

Anyways are their any health complications or oddities with people for gray eyes? Is it a rarity?
