Whenever I'm watching T.V. , computer of just bored, i always feel like I need to be eating something. I really like to eat tortilla chips, just because they are crunchy and it makes me feel good to be eating. I'm concerned that this is going to become more and more untill I start to gain large amounts of weight. I'm very skinny now and I don't really want to get bigger. does anyone have any suggestions of what to do about this? Anything would help!
