You might as well take care of yourself. Filipino doctors suck!! Everyone here in the U.S. says every time they get a Filipino doctor or nurse they refuse and ask for a different one.

Health CARE in Philippines is affordable and good quality as it is.  If you introduce health INSURANCE into the mix, that same health care will become outrageously expensive and not available to people of lesser means.  The same money used for health care will now be needed (plus much more) just to feed the hungry fees, salaries, and other administrative costs to administer the insurance program.  Anyone in need of health care will be forced to feed a hungry monster that provides nothing to them.  People will still be forced to pay cash for the same treatment only it now costs 100 times more to get it.  "INSURANCE" IS THE BIGGEST SCAM PLAYED ON PEOPLE SINCE INCOME TAXES.
