Well I tried to apply for insurance with kaiser permanente and I had said that I have a panic disorder and then they declined me. I don't know what to do. My husband told me why did you say that' ....but ho well can't do nothing more about it. What other insurances are cheap or what can I do. I would like a HMO but with others like Bluecroos or Aetna are very pricey. Any ideas???

  1. Get to know some basical knowledge of your confused field before taking any suggestion is a great idea. Here is great place to start off.http://health-insurance.onlinebestoffer....

  2. Any company that offers mental health benefits is going to decline you.

I'd strongly suggest you go to a local agent, who can find a company in your area, and get a policy in force.

Or, get added to your husband's group policy.

  3. Try Assurant Health, or Golden Rule Insurance. You can google both.

Also, google guaranteed issue health insurance. You will be able to pull up several websites which offer guaranteed issue health insurance. Pre-existing conditions are covered.

    Best wishes, and God bless

  4. Don't listen to your husband.  Don't lie about your condition.  As soon as you put your name and address on a claim form.  They will no every thing about you in a matter of seconds.  How come your husband doesn't carry insurance on you from were he works?  Now that is a good question.  I wouldn't work for and employer.  If he didn't have health insurance . To cover my family.  When my love ones get sick.

If your husband doesn't have health insurance were he works.  You just as well figure on about 350 to 400 dollars a month for a good heath insurance plan.  There is some dirt cheap ones out there.  That will pay for about 6 visit to the doctor a year.  And a limited amount to the hospital.  For a small operation.  You get what you pay for.

Or you could wait for Obama and Hillary to get into office.  They claim .  They are going to give every body free  health care.  We will see..

  5. Have you ever thought about trying a benefits program? It's not insurance. Instead you get discounts of almost 50%.  I use Ameriplan. I live in a small town. My pharamacy and Dentist take it. I am thinking about upgrading to the Total Health plan. Which includes: Dental, Vision, Prescription, Chiropractic, Physician, Ancilliary Services, Hospital Advocacy, a nurseline, and Podiatry Services. All for only $39.95 a month for your entire household. If you would like to check it out go to   www.freedomathometeam.com/AKing

    click on  " Inside AmeriPlan"

  6. it depends on where you live....Kaiser declines more than 50% of the applications we send them and their customer service is horrid....it took them months just to let us know where a client's application stood.

Try Bluecroos....but you might also want to try Blue Cross...they're good too (sarcasm....)
