Read the instruction booklet which came with the lamp.  Do not over expose yourself to a sun lamp - you'll be sorry if you do.  If the instructions say one minute only, don't do any more.

This American company sells a product called the SunBox which is a UV SunLamp - I cannot see any instructions about how long to use it for.
