Healthcare Certificate/Degree?

Question

Has anyone ever gone to an accredited online college, and had a good paying job in the health field afterwards? Just curious! I have a radiology degree but would like to possibly get something else in medical. I have no time to go to a local college, being a new mom, and going to work. Living in Texas. Thanks for any advice!

Health care is only a certificate under the degree in Nursing.

You should check out Ashford University http://www.ashford.edu/home/  

It is online and/or on campus. They have a lot of different options for degrees. I have spoken to a few people who have graduated with a BA and one works at Health and Human Services in AZ. Its totally worth checking out!
