Well I know skinless chicken and turkey b*****s are the best of all, but I want to really narrow it down... Which one? And HOW so?OR...would I be better off eating fish instead? Which are the leanest cuts? Mahi mahi/cod...? help please. Ive heard chicken is dirty and full of steroids and c**p. I want to eat meat again because of the proteins and no carbs! I just think a balanced diet is best. But I want to choose the healthiest meat.Sorry if that went on forever but you get the idea please give me a logical answer thank you.
