is it healthier to eat at set times each day like as a part of your schedule, or to eat at different times each day?

for instance what would be the difference between someone who eats there meals and snacks at set times each day and someone who eats at different times each day?

who would be healthier and why?

  1. It is best to eat 5 small meals a day.

    It doesn't matter if they are at a set time, just whenever you feel hungry.

    Eat until you aren't feeling hungry anymore.

    Don't wait until you feel full. That means you've eaten too much.

    This way your stomach doesn't get overloaded with 3 large meals and your metabolism stays high.
