Healthier ways of sweetening?

so im trying to eat healthier and lose a little weight..i have Qs abt ways of sweetening,,

1- i know that natural honey (not the store bought) is healthier than sugar, but does it contain less calories, cards and fat?

2- pink panther's sweeten low, is it really better than table sugar?

  4. My boss only uses stevia. They don't put any sugar or other sugar substitutes in their food and do not eat anything at all with corn syrup in it. He says it's really good and sweet, you can buy it as a liquid. It's like a mint leaf, only instead of being minty it's just sweet.
