  1. Ice water everything on the menu has chemicals in it. You need to watch super size me or read (Don't eat this book) good stuff lots of  good info. :)

  2. I like snack wraps, and you can get it grilled or cripsy.  You can get honey mustard, ranch, and chipotle bbq.

  3. water.

  4. The helathiest choice is to not go to McDonalds.

Grab a banana or an apple.

  5. I would say yes to the chicken Caesar salad. You could always ask for low cal dressing.

  6. try no chicken on it without any dressing.

  7. Yes, just be careful what dressing you put on it, (their Ranch has so much fat that you would do better eating a hamburger)

The grilled chicken sandwhiches have more fat than a Quarter Pounder w/cheese.

  8. A Salad.  There really isn't much healthy there at all and even the stuff they say is healthy isn't my advice if you want something healthy eat Else where.

  9. Yes just get the apple dippers with it. It tastes great

  10. Well there is always fruit and walnut salad! mm!

  11. water. And no, their salads have a ton of fattening dressing on them.

  12. Triple quarter-pounder,with exrta mayo, cheese and a side of tarter sauce.Served with extra greasy fries, along with a double chocolate shake......and a diet coke.

  13. WATER

  14. yes, just ask for lite or fat free dressing and drink water with it. It is better than a big mac or quarter pounder. Also there grilled chicken sandwiches are good. Just ask for grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce and honey mustard on the side. That way you control how much to put on there.

  15. salad without any dressing or water mcdonalds isnt healthy but look on some websites that have the nutrition value
