Pizza is one of the most calorie concentrated items one can find. Even single slice is usually in the range of 250-500 calories. The sodium levels are very high indeed. Pizza hut is the worst, nutritionally, for you. While it may taste the best, the amount of sodium in one piece of pizza is close to 50% of your daily value. Dominoes may not be the best in terms of taste, but the better cholesterol, saturated fat, and sodium levels outweigh the mediocre taste. Thin crust with veggies from Dominoes is your best bet.
