Im on a diet (work out and eat right, lost 10 pounds already) and just wondering whats the best option for eating out? I just want to know since i want this to be a lifestyle change, not temporary. giving up made me 40 pounds overweight
I know Macdonald's, BK, Wendy's, KFC are all out of the question, the only thing that im considering is Subway, but their sodium on their subs are insane (over 1000 grams for the 6 inch sub, without any mustard, mayo, etc). even their under 6 grams of fat sandwiches are about 800+ in sodium for the 6 inch.
also chinese foods are out too, I worked in many chinese restaurants and its all msg, and lots of sodium. even the ones that say "no msg" on their menu, they use chicken base for it (a bit less tasty, cost more for the owner, and a tad bit better than msg health wise, but still very high in sodium)
so what would be a good option? if there isnt any better, i might stick with Subway, or quissnos.
