Question:

Healthy, fast breakfast ideas?

I'm a college student so I don't want to have to spend too much time on breakfast. Any ideas. Preferably something I don't have to use the stove to cook...

  1. Some of my favorites are cottage cheese and pineapple, granola and yogurt, bagel with cream cheese, microwave scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast with peanut butter, dried fruit and nuts, cold cereal with skim milk and fruit, cheese and whole grain crackers.


  2. WELL TRY EATING OATMEAL, A BANANA,YOGURT,SHAKE OF WHATEVER YOUR CHOICE IS. TOASTED BREAD SMOTHERED IN PEANUT BUTTER OR JELLY. OR CEREAL.

  3. i like whole grain Eggo's with strawberry jelly on them, quick and tasty. boiled eggs are good on the go too since you can boil a bunch of them at once and grab and go as needed.i also like the yogurt smoothies that you can get in the dairy section, just peel back the lid and drink breakfast. oh and carnation instant breakfast are ok, not the greatest but the chocolate are tolerable.

  4. Plain yoghurt and mixed fruit is nice, I usually buy the frozen fruit cos you can have tropical and all sorts, just let it defrost over night, and its really cheap frozen and tastes just as nice.....or tinned fruit and yoghurt......then of course theres all the cereals and toast

  5. The best way to lose weight and become healthier is:

    Eat as much watermelon as you possibly can. Reduce the amount of junk you eat (i.e: chocolate, lollies, cakes, etc.). Diet is a bigger factor than exercise, although they go hand in hand.

    Go for a run/ jog each morning before breakfast or at night after dinner. Cold weather is better. Run for approximately 15mins or more. Do what suits you.

    Do this and I can guarantee weight loss. Please remember that muscle weighs more that fat, so if your weight doesn’t drop (or even goes up!) within the first week, don’t be worried. After three weeks you will feel good, look good, and everything will seem so much better.
