  7. a pint of strawberries hulled and cut in quarters

    1/2 pint blueberries

    1/2 pint raspberries

    a Tbs. Sugar

freshly cracked black pepper (about a tsp.)

a few drizzles of good balsamic vinegar.

    add alll other ingredients... mmmmmmm

if you want to indulge a little put it over you favorite frozen yogurt or ice cream, pref vanilla!

P.S. If you are ify about the pepper you can eliminate it, i think it adds a zing though... this is soooo yummy!

  8. there are no healthy "deserts" they are all much too dry to be healthy. Nothing grows there.

    Including me!

  9. fruit salad

  10. sahara is quite healthy,,,, sorry ....

  11. depending on how much brown sugar you add, this could be healthy

take 3 bananas and peal them, slice the length wise and across so then you have 12 banana slices.

dip one side in a bowl of brown sugar and put it in a pan, cook it until it makes a syrupy sauce. and there you go! eat fast, it cools down quickly.

if you dont want sugar you can try grilled bananas (with peal on and take odd when done grilling) or grilled pinapple! very tastey
