Hey guys/gals, I've been on a diet and doing well, but I have a question about the dinner I just had...(for future reference)So I've eaten 5 pretty healthy meals throughout the day leading up to dinner...I finished eating a big salad (iceberg...romaine...tomato...cauliflowe... mozzarella cheese...raisins...and Italian dressing) But...I also had a small plate of Spaghetti w/ meat sauce and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top... I didn't feel overly full but felt questioned about the meal...Feedback...By the way...So far I've gone from weighing 308lbs to 258lbs...thnx...
