  1. When I am in a hurry in the morning I grab a tv dinner like a healthy choice or lean cuisine, lowfat string cheese, a premade salad, a sugar free jello, cherries, a bannanna or apple, yogurt or cottage cheese, and if I have time I make a sandwich (tuna, turkey, pbj, or cheese.

  2. you take cooked noodles, so ya been stuffs, low fat foods raw vegetables like caret cucumber onion rosted bread berger with fork mint leaves  green leaves

  3. oooh im interested in the answers to this too, i have exactly the same job as you and am always stuck on healthy options for food!!

  4. How about a probiotic drink or yogurt for breakfast or a snack?  You could have rice cakes or fruit (fresh or dried) to snack on too.  How about soup (either in a flask or that you can warm up in the microwave)?  Jacket potato with fillings.  It's much easier if you have a fridge at work - can you pack a lunch - perhaps a salad (anything can be thrown in and you could have tuna, cheese, chicken etc in with greens or make a pasta salad)?  How about left overs from your meal the night before and then heated up (thoroughly) in the microwave?  Have you got a toaster?  If so you could have beans on toast.

  5. Here's a list of some healthy snacks to eat:

1)Fiber One bars (delicious, especially the chocolate and oats)

2)Kashi TLC Trailmix bars (my personal favorites)

3)Gnu Bars (have 12 grams of fiber in each one!)

4)handful of almonds or walnuts or pistachio nuts (already shelled, of course)

5)an apple cored and quartered and a little bit of peanut butter in a plastic container to dip it in.

6)grapes, or a box of raisins

7)string cheese or a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese, or an ounce of a hard cheese

    8)low-fat popcorn in a baggie

9)baby carrots and a little hummus (in a plastic container)

    10) a couple of those "Ones Prunes".  They're delicious!

    11)dried fruit

    12)whole-grain pretzels

13)whole-grain crackers w/ peanut butter or cheese

14)some cream cheese smeared on luncheon meat and then rolled up like a cigar

    15)a piece of dark chocolate

As for breakfast, I too, always ate at work.  I would have a diet soda (I know, I know...) and a Kashi trailmix bar.  They're delicious and usually held me until an early lunch.  Hard boiled eggs would be a good choice.  A half of peanut butter sandwich on whole-grain bread with a banana would be healthy and filling.  A single serving of oatmeal for the microwave with a piece of fruit would be good.  I like to eat dry cheerios, so that would be good with fruit.

For lunch, the Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine frozen dinners are hard to beat.  They can be ready in the microwave in 4 minutes on high (I never follow the package directions) and they really pretty delicious.  Add a piece of fruit or small salad with diet dressing and you're ready to go!  One of my favorite things to take to work is soup.  There's a lot of research out now that says soup is great for losing weight.  I usually make a big pot of vegetable soup on Sunday and separate it into five containers for work.  Add some whole-grain crackers and/or a piece of fruit.  You could add brown rice or beans to the soup to make it even healthier.  The website below has some easy and delicious soup recipes (and lots of weight loss tips).  Another thing I'll do is make a big container of bean salad.  I rinse different canned beans (garbanzo, black, kidney, etc.) and throw them together with cut up celery, carrots, bell peppers, 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and 4 Tablespoons of red wine vinegar.  Toss in some salt, pepper, and garlic powder and let it "marinate" in the fridge for however long you want.  I then take it a cup of it to work each day for a different lunch.  You could add a small salad, fruit, whatever...

I hope this helps some.  Good luck!

  6. Hi, for lunch have 4 ryveta's with cottage cheese...the ryvitas with the seeds in are nice. also make a little salad up to brighten it up a bit.

Also tinned soups are good, with a brown bread roll. snack on mostly fruit (bananas etc.), but also u can snack on nuts (no more than a handful a day).  As 4 brekkie, have cereal before work and have a banana as a mid morning snack to keep u going!
