Healthy Smoothie recipes? and also weight watchers question?

Im trying to lose weight and I know smoothies help promote weight loss so id like to make them. Does anyone have any healthy and easy smoothie recipes?The other day I bought a big bag of frozen fruit and plain fat free yogurt so If I can use those let me know. Also I am doing weight watchers and If you know can you tell me how many points your recipes are per serving? Thank you sooooo much in advance!!!

  1. Use about 1 c. juice, 1 c. yogurt, and 1 c. frozen fruit, adding some ice cubes if you need them.  That would be whatever the points are for that serving for each of them ...  I also add a scoop of vanilla soy protein powder to mine, but you don't need to do that:)


  2. Tropical Green Tea Smoothie

    2 oranges, peeled and separated into quarters

    2 bananas, peeled

    2 cups seedless grapes

    1 cup prepared green tea

    1 tsp. honey

    12 ice cubes

    1. Combine oranges, bananas, and grapes in a blender or food processor.

    2. Blend on high until smooth.

    3. Add green tea, honey and ice.

    4. Blend on medium/high until ice is crushed.

    5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

    Try this refreshing smoothie, made with banana, summer berries, strawberry yogurt and skimmed milk.

    Ingredients

    1 small banana(s)

    50 g loganberries, fresh or frozen summer berries

    125 g fruit low-fat yogurt, (strawberry)

    200 ml skimmed milk

    1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2-3 drops

    3 sprig fresh mint, to decorate (optional)

    Instructions

    Break the banana into pieces and place in blender with most of the summer berries. Add yogurt, milk and vanilla. Whizz together until smooth, about 15 - 20 seconds.

    Tip into a large glass and decorate with the reserved berries and mint sprigs, if using.
