Hi guys. What sort of healthy snacks with calories can I add to my diet? I don't have a lot of money for food shopping and I tend to eat things like chicken and burgers a lot because I am trying to weight lift. I need more healthy foods, what sort of healthy snacks can I add that have calories?
The reason I mention the calories is because I can just eat salad, but it has like 5 calories, so do you have any suggestions?
