  1. Just about anything, fruit and cereal or yogurt.  banana or an apple with peanut butter,  scrambled egg with toast,  pancakes with fruit, or just a piece of cheese on bread.  Kids 3 year old can eat just about anything.  My grandson always loved peanut butter and honey sandwiches.

    fruit

    cereal or oatmeal- not the sugary type of cereals

    peanut butter crackers

    eggo waffles and pancakes are easy and quick, too

    a bowl of fresh fruit

    wetabix is always a good one but if you cant get them to eat it try adding honey to sweeten it also try yogurt and fruit.

    You can basically make them anything you eat in smaller portions! & just add some fruits & veggies in it to make it healither! you can also give them a kids vitamin of some sort but first ask there doctor! Anways Hope I helped!
