Healthy breakfast ideas..?

alright well, tryouts were today for highschool volleyball. & they were great! but i could tell i was lacking energy& towards the begining of tryouts i was feeling sick, it wasn't because i was nervous...cuz i wasn't. lol. i think it's from not eating alot of breakfast, cause this morning i had oatmeal and i only took 3 bites, cuz it was really early and i ussually eat breakfast around 10am. so i guess my stomach didn't want it.

but anyways that was of track, haha, sorry for you guys reading this, so anyy whoo...what would be a good breckfast for a hard workout that contains like all of your energy.

  1. okay a good breakfast would be a banana or some toast. but pretty much the main reason why you were out of energy is because your probably out of shape. i know that happened to me a lot when i started playing volleyball again. and you didn't eat enough in the morning. also another reason why your out of energy because breakfast gives you energy.

    pretty much all you need is good sleep and in the morning eat breakfast, there isn't a certain type that gives you more energy

  2. eat things with PROTEIN. i like to eat quaker chewy dipps granola bars [peanutbutter], and usually some yogurt, or a banana. i also like peanut butter toast, i could eat it all day :p.

    oh and be sure to drink MILk.
