  1. i like whole wheat pancakes and turkey bacon

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup whole wheat

    2 tablespoons sugar

    2 teaspoons baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1 egg

    3/4 cup milk

    1/4 cup margarine, melted

    DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the egg, milk and shortening; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes; cook until the second side is golden brown.

  2. This Is What I Do:

    - healthy cereal like Honey Nut Cheerios or Corn Flakes & If you dont like them plain add a little raisons or almonds or pecans (anything healthy)

    - Get 1 celery stick and cut off a little of the top & bottom! Then Cut The Rest Of The Celery into bite size pieces then place in a small clear plastic cup & put some natural smooth peanutbutter!

    - Put in one whole grain toast in the oven or toaster if you have one & take out when its cooked the way you like it and top with a little unsalted butterspread or just a little unsalted butter

    - This Is Really Fun - Cut Up Some Different Fruit & Then Put It On Your Prettiest Plate & put the slices of fruit in a BEAUTIFUL design (think about the design first!)

    - Cut Up Any Veggies You Like On A Plate And At The Side You Can Have A Little Ranch! (If you dont want ranch you can make up your own healthy dip or just eat the veggies plan)

    - Turn On The Oven & Let It Heat Up For About 15 sec. then add a touch  of vegetable oil then wait until the oil starts crackiling, then you just crack an egg on the pain, DONT TOUCH IT, Then when it looks cooked, pick it up with a spatula or spoon & put it on a plate (options: can have a side of steamed or raw veggies or you can put the egg on a toasted slice of whole grain toast

    - Cut Up Some Salad (wash the salad first) & add any dressing you want (not to much dressing) and you can add some almonds or crotons or grilled chickens (if you have some!)

    - Pop In One Whole Grain Bagel In The Toaster Or Oven And take it out when its cooked the way you like it! Open it in half & Then Add A Little Cream!

    - Grab Some Unsalted Crackers And Add Some Sliced Cheedar Cheese Or Put Some Cheese Wiz (cheese in a can!) or it

    - Take Some Ubsalted Crackers & Add a little peanut butter on it (optional: jelly)

    - Get Two Slices Of Toast With As Much Tuna Or Mayo (light mayo if you want) and have a big juicy pickel at the side!

    - Make A Finger Sandwhich. Take Two Slices Of Toast & put some meat or chicken or tuna & place some cut up cucumbers and place it pn top! Cut Off The Crust and then cut in half or in square shapes or diagonally and have some Tea at the Side!

I LOVE cooking To! Message Me Sometime  Please! Great Question! Have A Great Night. Bye. ☆

  3. Make waffles Sunday morning and freeze the leftovers. You can pop ‘em in the toaster for a homemade breakfast

Whole-egg or egg white omelets with fresh or frozen veggies (carrots, broccoli, celery, peppers, onions and even black beans make great additions).

Make a shake or a smoothie. Blend fruit and yogurt and then drink it in the car. A side option is a small bag of finger foods, such as a mixture of granola and grapes.

Bake bran muffins early in the week, then grab one or two each morning
