Healthy breakfast to keep me full

i have been bad the last few days with my diet and today that changes what is the best breakfast i could eat now that will keep me full until about 3pm i'm just a normal person with normal food in the house no fancy stuff

  1. I have porridge where you pour in milk, put in the microwave and volia!

    I add a ton of fruit, like, raspberries, grapes, raisins.

    It can fill me up for up to 7 hours :)


  2. there  is  no  healthy  diet  that  can  keep  u  full  untill  3...that's  not  wise  anyway..

    i  eat  fruit  and  fibre

  3. how about poached eggs on toast just made some for my wife and she really enjoyed them

  4. A bowl of porridge with a drizzle of honey, some fresh berries,and half a banana.

    Salmon and scrambled eggs maybe just once a week.

    A thick smoothie full of seeds,plain organic yogurt and lots of fruit it has to be so thick you eat it with a spoon and add some raisans once its ready.

    Some wholemeal toast with banana and some honey.

    Wholemeal toast with veggie pate.
