Question:

Healthy diet plan for me?

I'm 19 years old and very busy, as I'm a full time student and I work nearly every day at a fairy physically demanding job. When I'm not busy I really want to do nothing but lay around and sleep. I'm 5'7" and weigh about 155 pounds. I can admit that I've let myself get really out of shape and I'm probably not very healthy. I go in and out of a meat free diet and have a hard time stopping myself from eating what I want, when I want.

I'm not looking for a quick fix, just a simple way to work the words "healthy" and "fit" into my busy life. I should probably note that I don't really have the money for a gym membership, and even if I did I'm sure I would make up a million excuses to avoid going.

Anything to help?

  1. Have you ever checked out www.sparkpeople.com?

My advice to you is to start with really small changes.  Can you walk places or ride a bike instead of drive?  Make slightly healthier choices with eating?
