Healthy food at McDonalds?

My friend works at McDonalds and she doesn't want to get fat, what can she eat while she's on break?

  1. salads, those fruit n' yogurt cups, and what i get when i go is a fruit and walnut salad (which is apples w/ grapes, yogurt on the side and walnuts.)


  2. water or a yogurt parfeit, maybe a salad... the best thing to do would bring her own food mcdonalds is not good.

    i'd suggest that she brings food from home, perhaps leftovers from last night's dinner or something..or pick up something from a nearby eatery

    UNless she eats the left over pickles in the kids cheeseburgers which are considered "healthy" because it has a tiny slice of pickle in it. =="

  11. Well, then she must know that is impossible to eat healthy at McDonald's.. but there's usually other restaurants by McDonald's.. or she could have a bottled water and napkins.. haha

  12. Salads, fruit and yogurt parfait, apple dippers, grilled chicken snack wrap, or a small jug of milk.  McDonald's isn't ALL fatening.
