i am 14 and expecting twins very soon i have been eating healthy,well i have never been someone who eats junk.
i usually eat seaweed,oranges,cabbage stew,now and then i eat sushi but too much fish isn't good for you or your babies while prego so i heard.corn,steak,i love spinach and i eat it daily.i basically eat friuts and vegetables.and when i do eat meat i eat it at dinner.as for what i drink milk,water,orange juice,v8,hot tea(love it),and sweet tea.
i also get alot of exersize.
what would you recomend for me to eat and what would you recomend me to do exersize wise,pilates?
