    Only tasty will not do…

    Whereas, only healthy may do… provided one should like to eat it…

    At the same time food has to be tasty also other wise no body feels like eating it.

  9. Of course healthy food, why? because its healthy for you! Some types like broccoli are anti cancer, fresh squeezed organic orange juice fights colds. Tasty food is usually junk food, McDonald's is very tasty but VERY unhealthy! Think of other other tasty foods that are Fast Food. BUT some healthy foods could also be very tasty, if food is tasty and healthy then life's good!

Food plays a very important role in keeping good health.Healthy food has a ime table.Plenty of water during the day is a constiuent of healthy food.  Water should not be taken with or during the meals. Water should be taken an hour before or after the meals.  No meals between the meals, No fruit should be eaten with the meals. When u eat fruits it should not be meals time.  Food taken at proper time means healthy food. Tasty food is also a healthy food when taken at proper times,  Eat a little less than u want to eat.
