Question:

Healthy food plan ??

So, I need someone to help me out a little with a menu type thing. I know nothing about healthy foods, but I'm trying to get in shape, i have my work out plan down, now i need a meal plan. Help with breakfast, lunch and dinner plans ? please =] The only thing is, I'm not fond of vegetables, besides brocolli and colli flower, i can do them :) I also hate beans, so don't include them ! lol

I'd prefer something easy for me to make, I'm 15 and home alone most of the day, so something I can cook up without having to go buy groceries myself. NOTHING FANCY !

It would be better for you to get a cookery book on healthy eating or low-fat cook book.  I am a member of weight watchers.  The best thing is to be sensible.  For breakfast have things like poached egg on toast, porridge is really good and keeps you full for longer, a bran cereal or muesli.  For lunch make your own soups from vegetables, the taste is totally different.  You can get recipes by going onto food websites such as: www.foodnetwork.com or even try the weight watchers website, or have a jacket potato & salad, just remember to have a low-fat spread instead of butter.  For evening meals again have a look on the websites.  Have you ever tried roasted vegetables?  They are really yum and again a totally different flavour to just boring boiled veg.  Try roasting pumpkin, red onion, courgette, leeks, parsnip, etc in a little olive oil.

    Baked salmon.

    Green salads.

    Shrimp and avocado salad.

    vegetable stir fry.
