So, I need someone to help me out a little with a menu type thing. I know nothing about healthy foods, but I'm trying to get in shape, i have my work out plan down, now i need a meal plan. Help with breakfast, lunch and dinner plans ? please =] The only thing is, I'm not fond of vegetables, besides brocolli and colli flower, i can do them :) I also hate beans, so don't include them ! lol
I'd prefer something easy for me to make, I'm 15 and home alone most of the day, so something I can cook up without having to go buy groceries myself. NOTHING FANCY !
