Healthy food???

ok well im trying to eat healthier but im not really sure what to eat.... like i have a few ideas but what are your ideas???

  1. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, Try to eat the veg raw as often as possible.


  2. forget your fats,sugary, and starchy foods,junk food etc i would rather eat healthy by foods that are not sugary, and has too may calories eg if i cook chicken i always remove the fats and skin and cook it has it is, never swamp it with oild and lard etc. grill a great deal less frying,

  3. Beans are the best

    GREEN BEANS (one cup - cooked)

    VITAMINS:

    Vitamin A - 752 IU

    Vitamin C - 12 mg

    Niacin - .51 mg

    Folate - 41 mcg

    Pantothenic Acid - .06 mg

    Vitamin K - 17 mg

    Contains some other vitamins in .03 to .005 mg.

    MINERALS

    Potassium - 170 mg

    Sodium - 12 mg

    Calcium - 66 mg

    Phosphorus - 67 mg

    Magnesium - .04 mg

    Iron - 1.9 mg

    Also contains small amounts of selenium, manganese, copper and zinc.

    It contain fiber too so toilet will be clear. What else you need as a healthy food. Have 2 cups daily with some other regular diet for protein and carbohydrate, like fish, wheat, rice, sugar, fruits, milk etc

  4. Soup. Minestrone soup that's so thick with vegetables that it's more like a stew is an easy way to get lotza veggies for the next few days :]

    And I have to admit.. it's tastier than salads... -.-
