  1. okay dude if your taking it toally seriously then u shud eat wut i eat. ive lost like a lot of wiegth because of my vegan life style. all the frggin vegrtables u can find, tofu. rice cakes plain because flavored ones (like cheese and chocolate) completely defeats the purpose, fruits preferably dehidrahted and absolutely no pop even if its diet.

  3. My doc told me - avoid carbs. Eat more veges, fruits, and protein food.

    Of course, vegetarian, less fat, or no fat.

    I virtually eliminated carbs during the day, except for cereal in the morning. Had milk if hungry, and fruits to snack on. And mostly plain food like cabbage and other greens for meals, for two months, plus got up every morning and did vigorous aerobic exercise.

    It worked for me, lost about 8 kg. All the best to you!
