Healthy foods to get ready for volleyball.?

I need healthy food options that taste good because I need to get ready for my first volleyball tryouts. Please just list some healthy foods that taste good and please no recipes just stuff that i can pick up at the store. So just please list foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  1. switch all the breads (pastas, tacos, bagals, whatever) to whole wheat! White breadisn't good for you. It has ALLOOTTTT less nutreints.

    If you have a blender i would suggest making yourself a fruit smoothie in the morning with fozen berries and juice (NOT FROM CONCENTRATE) -concentrate is bad, pulp is good

    i know its not good tasting but broccoli is REALLY good for you, my parents have been making me eat it like 3 times a week since i started eating solid food:P

    try not to eat anything after 7:30/8:00 because it will just turn into fat while you sleep.. or something alone the lines i dont know the science, i just know its bad :P

    tahts all i can suggest but i hope you do good in volleyball

    now get of the computer and start training:P


  2. lots lots lots of carbs!- breads, spaghetti, rice

    protien- meat eggs,

    and of course, you need veggies and fruit.

    no fast food, no meexican food (it's heavy)
