Healthy meal ideas please?

Please can someone help me with very low calorie meal ideas preferably below 500kcal. I am thinking of a salad (celery, cucumber, lettuce, ) the tuna light lunch (172kcal) something like that. I am recovering from an eating disorder and need to start eating at the dinner table but I need meals that are low in calorie but people think I am eating.

My day that I consider safe is B= 2 slices of weight watchers toast and 2 fat free crackers

Lunch =apple , tea

Sugar free jelly,

Alpen light bar (70kcal)

Dinner =Big salad of celery, cucumber, few carrots half of pre packed lettuce, and half can of weight watchers tuna 1/2point.

But at during the night I have 4slcies of bread/toast again weight watchers (44kcal). THEN I chew and spit lots of food like cakes and biscuits a little like purging, and I am gaining weight simply because I am eating whereas before I was eating very little. So meal ideas that I can eat with my family would be much appreciated.

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO SEE A DOCTOR. OR STUPID COMMENTS. I am 27 44kg

  1. Best thing is to seek a dietitians advice to guide you through what would be healthy, but in the meantime what about eating cereal such as weetabix, rice crispies, cornflakes etc with fruit cut on top such as apple, banana or strawberries

    Poached egg on toast or a potato waffle would be good,

    Jacket potatoes with a little butter and cheese, followed by a piece of fruit.

    all these are healthy starters other than salad all the time.

  2. It sounds like you are tricking yourself into believing that you are recovering from your eating disorder. You shouldn't be looking for meals that are low calorie but seem like you are eating! This just feeds the secretivity of the eating disorder. You need to be honest, starting with being honest with yourself.

    I know that was not the answer you were looking for at all, but as a recovering anorexic I know that giving you low-calorie meal ideas is not something that is going to help you. Sorry if you think this is a stupid comment, but I am just being honest. Your body is in starvation mode and it is so hard to see truth/reality when you are in that state.

    I think it sounds like you want to recover...yet at the same time you just want to trick people into thinking you are recovered so that you can continue to hold onto your eating disorder without them bothering you about it. I know exactly where you are at and how you are feeling, and I am so sorry you are in that place. I hope you are getting the help that you need.
