  1. My son (10 months) has yogurt and a cereal bar for breakfast.  Then he has a snack (usually cheerios or yogurt melts) around 10 or so.  At lunch, a veggie and some fruit.  He has a snack in the afternoon, usually graham crackers or something like that.  For dinner, he has whatever I'm eating.  Last night, he had some grilled chicken, rice and applesauce.

  2. Our nine month old eats pretty much what we eat.

Breakfast: yogurt, cereal, fruit (usually something soft that she can pick up and feed herself)  Sometimes she has a piece of toast cut into small squares.  She loves that!  She also likes scrambles eggs every once in a while.

Lunch: Grilled cheese made w/o butter on the outside of the bread, veggies, and fruit

Dinner: It really depends.  For a main dish she likes cheese quesadillas with salsa, spaghetti and meat sauce, chicken and rice, various casseroles, really anything we eat within reason.  She loves to eat broccoli florets that I make fairly small.  She loves all veggies and fruits so far.

Snacks: cheerios, cheddar cheese, banana, cantelope, watermelon

Our daughter is really into spicy things and spices in general.  We don't use salt, but we try all kinds of spice combinations with her since her pediatrician said it was okay.  She also nurses three times a day and she takes poly-vi-sol with iron.  We just make sure that she is getting a variety of quality food.

  3. For my 9 mo, we give...

Breakfast: oatmeal and bananas or pears. we switch it up

Lunch: either mac n cheese or chicken noodle. with either fruit or a veggie cup

dinner: meat (chicken or beef) and veggies
