Question:

Healthy meals for a teenager with limited cooking skills?

Basically, I want to be able to cook myself healthy-ish, easy, lunch and dinner.

At the moment I am stuck with things like egg and soldiers (haha), vegetable omelletes, vegetable soup, pasta salad.

I know most of them seem vegetarian, but I'm not lol.

Any suggestions for things I could cook, or recipes even?

  1. There are lots of great marinades on the market these days. Try basting chicken b*****s or lean pork and broiling. Then a simple side salad or steamed veggies. Also, whole grain rice can be made in a large batch and heated as you need it for a quick and easy side or salad base.
