Healthy note book????????????/?

I'm Turing to eat more healthy so i go a blank note book and i decided to rite all the healthy food i eat today and try to improve each day right in the note book each day i eat healthy

today i had

cereal with milk 400

2 sand witches 800

prunes 100

and apple 100

1400 calories

any tips to improve eating healthy I'm trying to eat more healthy so i can live longer no more junk food only rare occasions

  1. add more fiber and protein

    this can be done by making a chili

    with ground beef or a vegetarian soy

    alternative, and add all-bran to it

    you can also make soups with beans

    and lentils and add some benefibre powder

    research vitamins, and see which ones appeal

    to you

    be careful around junk food, as you may

    be more inclined to binge since you've

    deprived yourself of it for so long

    stay away from any foods such as potatoes

    as they make your body more acidic, which

    is larrrge part of early death in humans

    drink lemonade made with organic lemons,

    distilled water and honey if you like

    anything which tastes acidy (lemon, vinegar,

    tomatoes etc. actually alkanizes the body which

    may help you live longer) do research on alkanizing

    foods, and you'll see what im talking about

    drink plenty fluids, especially tea (white, green

    and chai being the best)

    try to go organic, its not easy since organic foods

    are always incredibly expensive .. but ur body will

    thank you lol

    try to stay away from dairy and meat products which

    are full of growth horomones and bacteria .. and milk

    is known to contribute to allergies and asthma (sp?lol)

    jus make sure you do lots of research, and be logical

    stay away from those gimicky "100 calorie" snacks

    or bottled fruit juices

    homemade food is your best bet when trying to eat

    healthy .. and you can make large batches of certain

    meals, stick them in the freezer, and they'll keep for

    a few months

  2. Congrats on eating healthier and taking care of yourself. But, depending on what you weigh now, you may not be eating enough. Also I don't see any veggies on there. Keeping a food diary is a great idea but just don't obsess over food, relax and enjoy life.  

  3. seems healthy to me! just be sure to sometimes switch it up to have variety, like one day instead of apple grapefruit, instead of cereal fruitsalad or instead of sandwhich toast ok!
