Me and my friend are planning a lunch tomorrow and we want somewhere healthy, where we can keep track of our calories. I already know Applebee's has the weight watchers menu, but are there any other restaurants like that in georgia, not some wierd local restaurant only. Thanx! :)

  1. Any Sushi restaurant will work.  But you have to stay away from the "tempura" or "crunch" or anything deep fried of course.

A large number of BBQ places offer smoked turkey or chicken as an option and have healthy sides like corn or peas. Country's BBQ has great Turkey if there is one near you.

Seafood restaurants like Red Lobster or even Captain D's offer grilled or steamed fish and veggies.

Steak houses generally have a small steak (6 oz) and with veggies, this is a good choice.  Longhorn, Logans, etc.

  2. yeah see, i live in texas so i don't really know what your by. i would go to subway and get a sandwich with ham, veggies, and their vinegar stuff.

  3. TGIFriday's has a smaller portions menu, which translates to normal, healthy portions.

  4. sweet tomato, salad creations, olive garden has amazing healty salad, i just eat the salad and bread sticks when i go plus they tell you what is good for you on the menu! Ruby Tuesday uses hormone-free meat, fat-free frying oil, and all organic vegatbales. so i hope i helped!
