Healthy snacks for curbing appetite?

I've been trying to lose weight, and I've been pretty successful at it (I think), but there are times that I get really hungry (like right now), and I want something healthy to eat that'll DESTROY my hunger.

I just ate some of my sister's strawberry torte, and I feel guilty! I had yogurt in the fridge, which I usually eat when I get hungry, but it's getting boring.

Any ideas?

  2. apples are always good. an awesome salad is even better. you can add a few slices of chicken to a salad and it will not add that many calories. also i love granola and fruit cereals.

  3. Slices of Bananas with Peanut Butter on top.  

  4. Apples and peanut butter is a good snack for you and will keep you full. Also honey roasted almonds. they are very healthy and still have a sweet taste that you don'tt have to lose. also if you feel hungry and you think you've ate enough for that day try brushing your teeth or chewing gum. both of those will most likey stop you from wanting more to eat.

  5. I add Fibre 1 cereal to my yogurt, it is really yummy to me.  Other favorites are all vegetable soup, brown pita stuffed with vegies, low fat cheese and sliced meat, dill pickles, sugar free jello and popcorn.
