i am fifteen and need a nutrious meal plan that i can work from b/c i often think "oh when was the last time i actually had some protein"...."a month ago"....ekk :Pi like soy sausages bt they aren't very healthythis is my average daybreakfast: granola, yoghurt and berries on top. 7 amsnack: celery and carrots 10:30 amlunch: mandarin, hommus wrap and soy milk - 1 pmdinner: tofu stir fry with noodles and a salad 7 pmdesert :sometimes banana or apple sauce or fruit salad. 7:30 pmi sleep around 10/10:30 is eating at 7pm too late?is this alrightis tofu/tempeh okay to have every other nightor should i eat it more often/less often?
