Healthy ways to put on some womanly curves?

I'd like to get away from the ultra-lean physique from years of gymnastics and graduate to a more womanly shape. Less healthy methods such as cutting out the aerobic exercise and eating junk food helped me gain some desired fat, but also led to fatigue, bad health/skin/mood and poor sleep, which outweighed any benefit. Does anyone know of any healthier methods to put on a few pounds?

  1. Unfortunately how curvy you're going to get has to do with you genetics.  Look around at your aunts and mom...if their a healthy weight.  You should resemble them.  You may put on some curves by taking in some extra healthy calories, and working on your gluts and pecs.  


  2. To gain weight I would suggest eating healthy high-carb foods like pasta, potatoes, bread, anything starchy. :)
