Healthy weight loss ideas?

My best friend and I are on a mission to lose weight, Im thinking a good 20 pounds each. We're young and able to do anything, I have a fully equipped gym collecting dust in my basement! But we are looking for fun easy things to do together. I will make this clear: Do Not Suggest Pills or Supplements. Even if they are "healthy". We want to do this naturally.

  2. if you have comcast, they have fun workouts to do with people such as, chair dancing(haha) and cardio party workouts, where a really fun g*y guy instructs it. also you could take a dance class, such as jazz, and at my studio they have a yoga class. If none of that interests you, go you your athletic center and ask about classes.
