...please read all the details.......

i am 15 years old, 5' 7''

i have been researching, and i have seen a lot of people say that 135 is a healthy weight for my age and height. it is physically impossible for me to be that small.

i am heavyset. girls are all built differently, and i know 135 would not be a good weight for me. i need to know what you think a good weight would be for someone my age and height who is naturally heavy-set.

  1. 135lbs IS possible and it's where you should be

    healthy weight chart (females only)

    5'0"=100lbs

    5'1"=105lbs

    5'2"=110lbs

    5'3"=115lbs

    5'4"=120lbs

    5'5"=125lbs

    5'6"=130lbs

    5'7"=135lbs

    5'8"=140lbs

    5'9"=145lbs

    (this weight chart gives a healthy weight to height ratio according to a BMI scale and even gives a few pounds to spare)

  2. For you, with a large frame, probably 155 lbs or even 160 lbs would be ideal.

    For a person with a medium frame 135 lbs would be ideal.

  3. According to this chart, anywhere from 123 to 163.

  4. Around 160 is good if you are that heavyset. body mass index says you're overweight there but that thing is usually pretty subject to being a bit retarded. Just look at guys in the NFL. You can run a 5 flat and be obese on bmi. Anyways its about your bodys shape in terms of looks also not how much you weigh.

  5. I have the same problem! I'm 14 and I weigh 145 and my target weight is 130! (im 5'6) I'm a serious dancer and flexible so i should be healthy......right? Then I went to the doctor and he checked my muscle mass and that is what is weighing me down. So your right, don't change yourself because everyone is different!!!!
